• Delivery time may vary depending on location:
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 days
  • Remote Areas: up to 7–10 days

3. Shipping Charges

• A small shipping fee may be applied to orders below the specified amount (as displayed at checkout).
• Prepaid delivery orders may also include an additional handling charge.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
• If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us (RTO).

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• High order volume (sales/festivals)
• Courier or logistics issues

We will keep you informed in such cases.

8. Damaged / Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours with photos/video.
• In case of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
